SunContract is an innovative energy marketplace that leverages blockchain technology to facilitate peer-to-peer energy trading. As part of a two-month university project, I collaborated with a team member to analyze and enhance SunContract’s services. Our focus was to identify areas for improvement, streamline customer interactions, and develop forward-thinking strategies to elevate the overall user experience. We developed detailed personas, mapped customer journeys, and aligned service strategies with user expectations.
